Entrants must submit completed entry form below (no purchase required). Use the "Entry Number" found on your official entry ticket or, in the absence of a ticket, use official entry number 1206401. The deadline for entries is January 20, 2008. The winning entry will be selected in a blind draw on January 23, 2008. Chances of winning are 1 in 400. Winner must provide or be provided with their own transportation and board. Entrants must be at least 10 years old to qualify.

The winner will receive (a) a day on the set of the epic motion picture production Nicholas of Myra, (b) a tour of Wonderworker Studios where the movie is being produced and (c) a background role in the film. Prize includes the winner and a guest.
