Actress Jamie Elvey has been cast in the role of Johanna, a young vagrant woman who, while living a misguided life of thievery, crosses paths with a particularly selfless man named Nicholas, intent on helping her to discover the power of hope and generosity.

A Theater graduate of The University at Buffalo, Jamie has won a number of awards for her acting, including a scholarship from the AMC (American Movie Classics) Channel. She has appeared on many stages, ranging from Western New York to Besancon, France and has performed in notable plays such as Rumors, The Vagina Monologues, Macbeth, Steel Magnolias and Sleeping Beauty.
